Alexandra
Owner, stylist, and colorist
Alexandra graduated from Arlington Academy in 2008 and has been working at Lasting Impression ever since. Starting off as a shampoo girl at her aunts salon when she was 15 where her passion grew.
Alexandra now co-owns the salon with her sister in law Alyssa. Specializing in advanced cutting, custom coloring, and custom highlighting. She loves learning new techniques to keep her client up to date on the newest trends.
When not busy she enjoys gardening and being with family and friends.

Owner, stylist, colorist, and special occasion hair
Alyssa graduated from the cosmetology and spa institute in 2010. Since graduating she started working as a shampoo assistant at Lasting Impression and has been here ever since.
She and her sister in law Alexandra, are now the co-owners of the salon. She has now grown into a confident hair stylist who loves learning new techniques and putting a smile on her clients faces. Some of Alyssa's specialties are balayage, root melt, special occasion hair and styling.
When Alyssa is not working she enjoys vacationing with her husband, outdoor adventures and spending time with friends and family.
Melissa
Master colorist and hair extension stylist
With other 10 years of experience in the artistry of hair coloring, Melissa brings a blend of creativity and precision to every guest’s look.
Specializing in color creations tailored to each individual’s unique style and personality, from subtle highlights to bold fashion shades, her goal is to bring your vision to life with expert craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Melissa is also a passionate hair extension specialist, dedicated to enhancing guest’s natural beauty through personalized consultations and meticulous application techniques using Sew-In and Tape-In Hair Extensions.
Morgan
Hairstylist and color specialist
Morgan graduated from cosmetology and spa academy in June 2023. She has been passionate about hair and make up for as long as she can remember.
Morgan started at Lasting Impression in September 2023, she enjoys highlighting and women’s cuts.
When she’s not working, she enjoys traveling with her boyfriend and spending time with family and friends.
Lynn
Receptionist
Lynn has worked in our salon for almost 7 years. She loves greeting everyone and developing relationships with all of our clients. Lynn is a mother of two teenagers that keep her very busy.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friend and family, as well as traveling.
